SCRIBBLERS is a fellowship group that began with a tenuous gathering of five interested scribblers in early 1996. Since becoming Incorporated on 25/9/97 we have steadily grown to be the professional group that we are today.

Lessons, created from an initial writing course by Geoff Fortune, are an extensive learning curve and essential part our weekly class for the novice and experienced writer. These lessons are drawn from Geoff’s life-long passion for writing and his expertise in editing. Scribblers is fortunate to have such a dedicated teacher.

are “to foster and promote the exchange of information, education and encouragement to all aspiring writers”.

• Our popularity

in the Mandurah area has seen Scribblers involved with various local projects. The annual STRETCH FESTIVAL of arts has often called upon interested Scribblers to work with artists who create magical effects from our stories and poems, with a specific theme.
